1. Send an email with a one-paragraph description of the file to: solehq@erols.com.

2. Include your name, your SOLE Chapter name or number, company or affiliation, website address, and phone number.

3. Include a statement to the effect:

"I am the author or creator of the attached file or software. I authorize SOLE to make the attached file or software available for downloading on the SOLE website free of charge. The attached file has been checked for computer viri using (name and brand of virus-scanner)."

4. Scan your file for viruses.

5. Attach your file to your email. (Only one file per email please.)

Note: Files must be less than 5 MB in size.
